We understand that the purchase of new technologies and goods is exciting and we want to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible including in relation to the delivery or collection of your order.   

We are pleased to advise that Small and Medium items over $150 Inc GST will attract FREE SHIPPING to most METRO Areas. For Large and Bulky items; including any item with a shipping weight over 40Kg will incur varying freight costs based on location, shipping routes, dimensions, weight, cubic weight and other pertinent factors. A quote can be provided by our friendly Customer Service Team.

We deliver throughout all of Australia and provide information about expected delivery costs, shipping locations and times and other pertinent logistics factors. Please note that this information is a guide only and that many factors, including but not limited to stock availability, shipping address, bulk of items, peak shipping periods etc. can have an impact on cost and cause delivery delays. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance re delivery methods and costs.   

We do not deliver to international locations and please also refer to our exclusions concerning shipping to non-mainland Australian Islands (excluding Tasmania), Australian External Territories and other remote locations.

Use of Different Carriers

Due to the challenges of delivering goods of all shapes, weights and fragility to a customer base spread all over our vast continent, we utilise several carriers that each have their strengths in delivering various goods to a multitude of different regions. 

We utilise Australia Post eParcel, StarTrack, TNT and ARAMAX as well as several other carriers.

Stock Availability

As we have a focus on certain technologies and products we maintain high stock levels with a view to promptly fulfilling orders. However, as stock levels fluctuate frequently and we are at the whim of vendor supply chains our stated availability can vary from the levels shown on our Site and are subject to change without notice.  

If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will immediately contact you via email or phone with an estimated time of availability. Should you wish to proceed with your order, we will provide you with regular updates and notify you once your order has shipped.  

If you have ordered additional goods that are available our friendly Customer Service Team can organise part shipment or collection as suitable.

Australian External Territories & Australian Remote Locations:

Shipping to the following remote locations require a quotation which our friendly customer service team will be happy to organise on your behalf.

Australian Antarctic Territories, Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, The Cocos Islands, Thursday Island and other remote locations within Australia.

As you would appreciate, an estimate of delivery times will be provided on a case by case basis and can vary depending on shipping routes and season etc. Goods will not be dispatched until you have accepted the quoted freight cost.

Delivery Exclusions

Delivery exclusions include but are not limited to: 

  • Delivery of products above the ground floor 

  • Delivery to Parcel Lockers 

  • Delivery inside a residence 

  • Removal of existing goods or assistance with disposal 

Assistance with Delivery

As we utilise a variety of carriers which also use a combination of staff and contracted drivers of different delivery schedules, attitudes, temperaments and physical abilities, it may be necessary for you to assist the driver remove the goods from his vehicle and carry them to your front door (street level). Please note that the driver should not enter your premises under any circumstances.  

Proof of Delivery / Missed Delivery

All deliveries need to be evidenced by proof of delivery. If you are unable to receive delivery, the carrier will either: 

  • Leave a calling card and attempt to redeliver at another time 

  • Leave a calling card for pick up at your local Post Office (Australia Post)

Should you be unable to visit the Post Office, another household member can collect the goods on your behalf by presenting the calling card and provide identification of the matching address.  

Tracking Your Order

We will provide online tracking details should the selected carrier provide this service, otherwise please feel free to contact our friendly Customer Service Team should you require further information.

Collection From Our Warehouse

As we have extensive stock holding and ship the majority of products from our warehouse, we are happy for customers to collect their order should that be more convenient or your requirements are urgent. You will be contacted by one of our friendly customer service representatives to confirm availability of the goods and provide you with a scheduled delivery window.  

If so noted at the time of placing your order, you can collect the goods from our following warehouse location:

You will need to nominate the identity of the person authorised to collect the goods by providing their full name, address and driver’s license number at the time of ordering. Identification will need to be presented at the time of collection.

Please note that the carriage of many items such as TV’s and projectors that are fragile should not be laid flat, upside down or on their side in order to prevent damage. It is also important that the goods do not tip or move within the vehicle when transporting. As such, your vehicle should be able to accommodate the goods in the correct manner including appropriate ties and appropriate weather protection.
