We appreciate that it is extremely difficult to compare highly sophisticated audio visual and collaboration technologies from spec sheets or quotations. We encourage our clients to visit our Solution Centre or we can do the next best thing and run a web based session. The Keepad Team prides itself in being non-prescriptive in our technical recommendations and we look forward to assisting you through your evaluation journey.
The Keepad Solution Centre is also available for hire for meetings or training. Virtual and Hybrid sessions can also be readily hosted from the Solution Centre, which is located within our head office facility at Rydalmere (<3km east of Paramatta) in Sydney.

As a commitment to registered Charitable entities, Keepad will provide the following significant discounts:
- Decrease all hardware at a minimum of 5.0% discount below Government levels,
- Decrease all integration, installation and maintenance services by a minimum of 10.0% below Government levels.
- Decrease of 10% on Hire charges of AV Display Equipment below Government levels.
- Decrease of 15% on Audience Response System Rental Charges & Services including Programming.
- Decrease of 35% of Room Hire charges (below Government rates) for the Keepad Solution Centre that contains state of the art presentation and collaboration technologies.
